MARCH 2026

Some months invite us inward before asking anything of us. They slow our pace, soften our edges, and remind us that attention itself can be an act of care. March arrives like that, not loudly, not all at once, but with a quiet insistence that it’s time to notice what matters.

This edition of Okanagan Valley Living is shaped by generosity in its many forms. By courage held tenderly. By the kind of hope that doesn’t ignore hardship, but meets it with open hands. You’ll find stories that ask us to reconsider how we spend our time, how we show up for one another, and how even the smallest gestures can ripple outward in meaningful ways.

There is lightness here too. Moments of play. Community gathered in celebration. Shared laughter and familiar faces reminding us that joy and gravity often coexist, and that both belong in a life well lived.

As spring begins to stretch its limbs across the valley, renewal feels less like a grand declaration and more like a series of quiet choices. To help when we can. To listen more closely. To care a little deeper than we did yesterday.

If this issue encourages you to offer something, your presence, your kindness, your curiosity, or your support,  then it has done what it set out to do.

Thank you for being part of this community with us. Spring is here, and with it, the invitation to give back.

With gratitude,

Chelsie & Gord
